Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on product weight and size, method of shipment, and packing efficiency. Depending on size, weight, and availability, your order may arrive in separate deliveries. Email tim@spikeball.com for a complete description of pricing and options.

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery and only accept merchandise received in good condition. If you decide to accept merchandise that appears to be damaged, please indicate the condition next to your signature accepting the delivery.

Please notify us of any damages immediately and be certain to retain all original packaging.

All orders will be shipped via common carrier unless otherwise specified by the purchaser.

Any sales and use taxes imposed on the sale of the merchandise will be invoiced and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
