OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE AND/OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE
AND/OR DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. VOID WHERE
PROHIBITED.
1. SPONSOR
The Sponsor of this Giveaway is Spikeball, Inc. ("Sponsor"). This Giveaway is created in
partnership with Unite for HER and Spike for Her for charitable awareness purposes.
Neither organization administers or sponsors this Giveaway, and neither bears
responsibility for its operation, entries, or prize fulfillment.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and
Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries,
advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or members of
the same household are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Giveaway begins at 11:00am Eastern Time on October 4, 2026, and ends at
11:59pm Eastern Time on October 26, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's
computer is the official timekeeping device.
4. HOW TO ENTER
During the Promotion Period, follow the instructions in the applicable Instagram
Giveaway post:
(a) Like the Giveaway post; and
(b) Tag three friends in the comments of the Giveaway post.
Each eligible person may receive one entry. Multiple comments or additional tags will not result
in additional entries. Entries must be made by the entrant. Automated, robotic, scripted, or other
unauthorized means of entry are prohibited and may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves
the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise not in compliance
with these Official Rules.
5. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive one (1) one-of-a-kind, limited-edition Spikeball set created in
partnership with Unite for HER and Spike for Her to support people facing breast and
ovarian cancer, as described in the Giveaway post. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"):
$599. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or prize substitution is permitted, except
that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the
advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable
taxes. If the ARV of the prize is $600 or more and the winner is a US resident, Sponsor
will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner for the ARV of the prize received.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received
during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its
designated representative. A potential winner who is a resident of Canada must correctly
answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being confirmed as the
winner. The winner will be announced on Instagram on October 29, 2026, and will be
notified via Instagram direct message from the official Spikeball account within two (2)
days after the Promotion Period ends. The potential winner must respond within
twenty-four (24) hours of notification and may be required to verify eligibility and
complete any required documents, including an affidavit of eligibility and liability release.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, is
found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may
be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the
decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. To the fullest extent permitted by
law, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and their respective parent
companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any
and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of or relating to
participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
9. PRIZE FULFILLMENT
The winner must provide a valid shipping address in the eligible geographic area in order
to receive the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any prize that is undeliverable due to
an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the winner. Sponsor is not responsible
for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, or undeliverable entries; technical
failures; network or service interruptions; or other errors or problems that may prevent an
entrant from successfully participating.
10. WINNERS LIST AND OFFICIAL RULES
For the name of the winner, email clubs@spikeball.com with the subject line "Giveaway
Winner Request." Requests must be received by November 25, 2026. For a copy of

11. INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with
Instagram. By entering, each entrant releases Instagram from any and all responsibility
or liability related to this Giveaway.
