The Sponsor of this Giveaway is Spikeball, Inc. ("Sponsor").

Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Promotion Period

The Giveaway begins at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time on July 24, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on July 31, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, follow the instructions in the applicable Instagram Giveaway post:

• Follow @Spikeball on Instagram;
• Like the Giveaway post; and
• Tag three friends in the comments of the Giveaway post.

Entrants must be following @Spikeball at the time of winner selection to be eligible to win. Each eligible person may receive one entry. Multiple comments or additional tags will not result in additional entries. Entries must be made by the entrant. Automated, robotic, scripted, or other unauthorized means of entry are prohibited and may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) one-of-a-kind, limited-edition Spikeball set celebrating the world's biggest soccer tournament, as described in the Giveaway post. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $599. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or prize substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. If the ARV of the prize is $600 or more, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner for the ARV of the prize received.

Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative. The potential winner will be notified via Instagram direct message from the official Spikeball account within five (5) days after the Promotion Period ends. The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification and may be required to verify eligibility and complete any required documents, including an affidavit of eligibility and liability release. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

General Conditions

By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Prize Fulfillment

The winner must provide a valid shipping address in the eligible geographic area in order to receive the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any prize that is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the winner. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, or undeliverable entries; technical failures; network or service interruptions; or other errors or problems that may prevent an entrant from successfully participating.

Winners List and Official Rules
