The Sponsor of this Giveaway is Kankakee Spikeball, Inc. ("Sponsor").

Eligibility

United States entrants: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

European entrants: Open to legal residents of EU member states, the United Kingdom and Switzerland who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Promotion Period

The Giveaway begins at 11:00am Eastern Time on September 8, 2026 and ends at 11:59pm Eastern Time on September 13, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's records are the official timekeeping method.

How to Enter

During the Promotion Period:

• Open the Spikeball App and locate the "Secret Pitch" pin on the app map, marked at Parc des Princes, Paris;
• Tap the pin to reveal the secret code;
• Submit the code, along with your name, Instagram username, age range, and city/province/state and country in the form in the Spikeball App.

Each eligible person may submit one entry. Automated, robotic, scripted, or other unauthorized means of entry are prohibited and may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) limited-edition PSG x Spikeball set. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $599. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or prize substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes. If the ARV of the prize is $600 or more (US winners), Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner for the ARV of the prize received.

Winner Selection and Notification

At the close of the Promotion Period, Sponsor will compile all valid code submissions into a single list and select one (1) winner at random. The winner will be announced on Instagram on September 20, 2026, and notified directly via the contact information provided at entry within five (5) days after the Promotion Period ends. The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification and may be required to verify eligibility and complete any required documents. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

General Conditions

By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Prize Fulfillment

The winner must provide a valid shipping address in an eligible geographic area in order to receive the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any prize that is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the winner, nor for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, or undeliverable entries, technical failures, network or service interruptions, or other errors that may prevent an entrant from successfully participating.

Data Privacy and Your Rights

What we collect

Name, Instagram username, age range, and city/province/state and country, submitted at entry.

Why we collect it

To run the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winner, and understand where our community is engaging with Spikeball. We do not sell entrant data.

Legal basis

We process this information on the basis of our legitimate interest in administering the giveaway, verifying eligibility, and contacting the winner. You have the right to object to this processing at any time; see Your Rights below.

How long we keep it

Entrant data is retained for 6 months after the winner is announced, after which it is deleted, except for the winner's information, which is retained as needed for prize fulfillment and applicable tax records.

International transfer

Sponsor is a US-based company. If you are located in the European Union, the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Sponsor takes appropriate steps to protect this data during that transfer.

If you are located in Switzerland, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States under equivalent safeguards to those required by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection.

Your rights (EU/UK/EEA entrants)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your data, and to object to its processing or request its portability, at any time.
